For Hospitals
A simple workflow for posting, communicating, approving time, paying invoices, and tracking spend. Angled helps hospitals and health systems fill per diem and contract needs with verified independent 1099 licensed clinicians—without traditional staffing agency layers. Important: Angled is a technology and workflow platform. Facilities retain clinical oversight and are responsible for patient care decisions, credentialing requirements, onboarding requirements, and supervision.
How It Works
1) Subscribe & Set Up Your Facility Profile
Activate your hospital account, add facility locations, units, required credentials, and approval
workflows (who can approve timesheets/invoices).
2) Post Jobs (Unlimited Posting)
Post per diem shifts and contract roles with required skills, certifications, and pay details. Your
posts are visible to verified independent clinicians on the platform.
3) Promote Hard-to-Fill Roles (Marketing Included)
Use Angled’s marketing page for recruiting and hard-to-fill positions. Angled can distribute
postings through supported marketing channels (e.g., email and outreach platforms) to increase
visibility.
4) Review Applicants & Message Clinicians Directly
Review profiles, credentials, and document status. Communicate directly with clinicians through
Angled’s built■in messaging to confirm availability and expectations.
5) Select, Confirm, and Onboard
Select clinicians and confirm assignment details. Clinicians provide required documents including
professional liability insurance (COI), licenses, and certifications. Facility-specific onboarding
items can be requested as needed.
6) Timesheets → Invoices (Simple Approval)
Clinicians submit timesheets; the facility approves time. Approved time generates an invoice
through the platform workflow for payment processing.
7) Pay Terms & Late Fees
Standard payment behavior is Net 30. Net 15 can be required by Angled (no discount). Any balances
unpaid beyond 30 days may incur late fees (e.g., 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, as stated in your Agreement/Order Form).
8) Reporting & Audit Trail
Access financial reports and activity records (postings, applicants, messages, approvals, invoices)
to support budgeting, compliance, and vendor management.
9) Charitable Impact (Heartful Help)
Angled supports Heartful Help, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Some subscription fees may be
contributed to Heartful Help to assist patients facing financial hardship. Hospitals may submit
patient referrals for consideration via info@heartfulhelp.com. Heartful Help independently
determines eligibility and distributions.
Note: Angled supports independent 1099 clinicians. Clinicians are responsible for their own taxes
and maintaining required insurance and credentials. Angled uses ADP WorkMarket workflows to support
timesheets, invoicing, and payments.
