  2. Independent 1099 licensed healthcare professionals (“Clinicians”)
  3. Visitors to our site



1) Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide


For Clinicians

- Contact and account information (name, email, phone, login credentials)

- Professional details (license information, certifications, specialty, work history)

- Documents you upload (e.g., professional liability COI, credential documents, required onboarding documents)

-Please do not upload or message patient medical records or other PHI unless explicitly required by a facility onboarding process and permitted by law.

- Timesheets and invoicing information submitted through the platform

- Messages sent through in-platform messaging


For Facilities

- Organization details (facility name, address, departments/units)

- User information for authorized staff (name, role/title, email, phone)

- Staffing postings and requirements

- Timesheet approvals and billing/AP information

- Messages exchanged with Clinicians through the platform


B. Information Collected Automatically

- Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps)

- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the Services


C. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party service providers that support the Services (such as identity or credential verification, payment processing, analytics, and email delivery), as permitted by law and contractual obligations.


2) How We Use Information


We use information to:

- Provide and operate the Services (account access, postings, applications, messaging, timesheets, invoicing)

- Verify Clinician eligibility and required documentation (including COI)

- Facilitate workflows between Facilities and Clinicians (selection, onboarding tasks, approvals)

- Process billing and payments

- Provide support and respond to inquiries

- Improve, secure, and maintain the Services

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

- Send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing)



3) How We Share Information


We may share information:

- Between Facilities and Clinicians as necessary to support staffing workflows (postings, applications, credential requirements, timesheets, invoices, messaging)

- With service providers performing services on our behalf (hosting, verification, payment processing, analytics, communications), under contractual safeguards

- For legal reasons, such as complying with laws, protecting rights, preventing fraud, or enforcing agreements

- In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale), subject to appropriate protections


We do **not** sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling data for money. If applicable laws define “sale” differently, we comply with those requirements.


4) Data Retention


We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on data type and contractual requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
