Set up your organization, post unlimited roles, message clinicians directly, and manage approvals and reporting in one workflow.
What your subscription includes
Hospitals access Angled through paid subscription plans. Subscriptions include unlimited job
postings and access to platform workflows. Plan tiers may add advanced reporting, governance, and
organization-level tools.
Step 1 — Organization setup
6. Create your organization profile (legal name, billing contact, primary admin).
7. Add sites/facilities (multi-site supported).
8. Add departments/units and standard role templates (e.g., ICU RN, ED RN, RT).
9. Invite users and assign roles (Approver, Recruiter, Finance, Admin).
Step 2 — Posting and sourcing
10. Post roles (per diem or contract) with requirements, start date, schedule, and unit details.
11. Enable direct messaging so your team can screen and confirm quickly.
12. For hard-to-fill roles, use the marketing page option (included in subscription) to distribute
priority openings through Angled outreach channels.
Step 3 — Screening and engagement
• Review clinician profiles and required documents in the document vault.
• Message clinicians to confirm availability, experience, and terms.
• Document agreed terms inside the platform to maintain an audit trail.
Step 4 — Timesheets, approvals, and invoicing
13. Clinicians submit timesheets through Angled (weekly or per policy).
14. Approvers review and approve time in-platform.
15. Approved time generates invoices tied to the job/engagement and audit history.
Step 5 — Reporting (finance-ready)
• Export invoice status and approvals history.
• Track utilization and activity by site, unit, and role.
• Plan-dependent: executive reporting dashboards and organization-level reporting.
