Tech Support covers

• Login, password reset, and account access issues

• File upload errors and document vault issues

• Messaging issues (not delivering, not loading, notifications)

• Timesheet or invoice screen errors

• Performance problems and mobile app issues



Tech Support does not cover

• Legal, tax, or accounting advice

• Clinical practice guidance or patient care decisions

• Facility credentialing decisions (facilities set requirements)



How to submit a good ticket

19. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

20. Include the page/screen name and any job/shift/invoice reference.

21. Attach screenshots or screen recordings (recommended).

22. Provide device + browser/app version and approximate time of issue.
